The configuration of this window is CC (where C stands for a casement panel). This means that this window consists of two casement panels situated side by side. Casement panels are hinged on one side and push out on the other. This particular window when viewed from the outside, looking in would be hinged on the right and push open to the exterior. This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly.
