The configuration of this window is A/F (where A stands for awning panel and F stands for fixed panel). This means that the top section of this window is an awning panel (awnings are hinged at the top and wind out at the bottom on a chain winder). The bottom section is a fixed panel which does not open. This is a brand new product and comes with a form 15 (glazing certificate) and full manufacturer’s warranty.
