Our initial business 'Builders Surplus' began as a demolition yard dealing in a wide variety of used and factory second building materials.
Over time we narrowed down our range and specialised in certain products (due to limited yard space and supply restrictions). High demand and limited supply of factory second materials led us to split the Queensland business into A&D Discount Building Supplies and A&D Discount Roofing Supplies, with the roofing yard sold off privately.
We are located on Chetwynd Street in Loganholme in South East Queensland and have been trading in Queensland for over 20 years.
