For sale is one 1800mm high by 510mm wide Textura Monument (powdercoated) aluminium awning window with Obscure (frosted) glass, 98mm offset timber reveal and a key. The configuration of this window is A/F (where A stands for an awning panel and F stands for a fixed panel). This means that the top section of this window is an awning panel (awnings are hinged at the top and wind out at the bottom on a chain winder). The bottom section is a fixed panel which does not open. This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds are usually just cancelled orders but may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
